General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the x14dbt platform and all its services. The following definitions apply in these Terms:

• "Platform" refers to the x14dbt website, mobile site and all associated services.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any person registered on the platform.
• "Account" refers to an individual user's personal x14dbt account.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional offer, free spins or additional funds provided by x14dbt.
• "Bet" refers to any financial participation made from a user's account in any game on the platform.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use any service on the x14dbt platform, the user must be 21 years of age or older. No person under the age of 21 may participate on this platform. x14dbt may at any time request identity documents or other proof for age verification.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If the same person, household or device is found to operate multiple accounts, all accounts may be closed and funds forfeited.

2.3 Registration Information

All information provided at the time of account registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. Providing false information will result in the immediate closure of the account and any outstanding balance may be forfeited. If your information changes, you must notify x14dbt without delay.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum amount for a deposit on x14dbt is ৳200. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 for each method.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Only use a payment method registered in your own name.
• Using a payment method registered in a third party's name is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum amount for a withdrawal is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit.

3.3 Withdrawal Approval Process

x14dbt reserves the right to complete verification before processing a withdrawal. To prevent money laundering and fraud, x14dbt may request the necessary KYC documents. x14dbt reserves the right to cancel a withdrawal request if any violation of the terms is detected.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus (total balance ৳2,200); a deposit of ৳14,000 earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus (total balance ৳22,000).

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x). This means you must wager 15 times the bonus amount before the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering must be completed on designated games only — not all games may count equally toward the wagering requirement.

• Winnings from bonus funds must have the wagering requirement completed before they can be withdrawn.
• If the bonus is not used within the specified period, it will be cancelled automatically.
• It is not possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time.
• x14dbt reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• If fraudulent bonus claims are detected, all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

4.3 VIP Program

The x14dbt VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. A weekly cashback is provided at each level: up to 0.2% for Bronze, up to 0.4% for Silver, up to 0.6% for Gold, up to 0.8% for Platinum and up to 1.0% for Diamond. Advancement through VIP levels depends on the level of play and activity on the platform. VIP benefits are subject to change and x14dbt reserves the right to change them without notice.

Fair Play Rules and Prohibited Conduct

5.1 Permitted Conduct

x14dbt operates a fair and transparent platform. All games are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Users may only play legitimately through their own account.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing games using bots, scripts or automated software.
• Applying game strategies with the intent to circumvent bonus terms.
• Attempting to earn bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
• Engaging in fraudulent conduct toward other users.
• Money laundering or using illegal funds.

• Redistribution or reuse of any content from the platform without prior written permission is prohibited.

• Content belonging to game software providers is protected under their own licenses.

Account Closure and Suspension Policy

x14dbt may immediately suspend or close any account in the following circumstances:
